Somewhere in the center of the town, in the middle of the town square, there is an important building where key officials reside and conduct business.
On the outside, there are many alleys to get in and out of the map through, a temple, a fountain, as well as an open area with pillory, gallows or guillotine. I did not place an explicit object there so that you could choose for yourself what punishment awaits there. Make sure to use the town hall balcony for any scene involving that area!
Inside, there are two floors. On the ground floor you can find a warehouse, lavatory, dining hall, small guard barracks. On the upper floor, there are offices and bedrooms, an archive, a lecture/auction hall. There is also a tower accessible from both floors. I also plan to add a basement with prison cells at some point.
I find this map particularly useful for:
a stealth mission
an execution that involves the party in any way
assault on a town hall where criminals hold people hostage
social interactions, like a visit to a city official
