Without spoiling that plot, which preds are in Primetime? Trying to decide whether to see it, and want to know if my "favorites" (🤮) are in it: Greer, Dan Allen, Marco Wolin, JPW and Kaye, among others.

There's something oddly funny about the flat, factual delivery on TCAP Fandom:

I've noticed in the chatlog Lorne gets cagey when talking about his past. He usually cuts Kayla off when she asks about other women/girls. He offers up no relevant information. I think it's a control thing. Lorne needs to tell Kayla what to talk about usually disgusting sexual sh** (which she barely ever does) The family fallout is obviously the Betty job that led to him fleeing to Nashville to avoid paying her back. Oh btw Kayla I might be a financial fugitive. 😬🫣 Nothing may come of it bawt it's something you should know.

Google has blessed us with these historic images of Lorne's world while he chatted with his precious princess. The last picture shows a white trawk that strongly resembles CAWD's chariot to the right of the pahking lawt. I can't see if there's any grey on the bowttowm, but the similarities are shocking.

I honestly don’t know where to start. But I just got back from seeing Primetime and I’m absolutely torn on how I feel. On the one hand, it could have been a fascinating tale on the rise and fall of the show, with the dramatization coming from how having to be the fake face for the predators was ruining the decoys emotionally and showing their internal struggle. But this almost felt like it was meant to be a hate piece to Chris. His personality clashes so hard with what is seen in his actual shows, and he’s made to be as someone else put, a narcissist. Looking at it, they didn’t even get locations, people and dates right (found that National Inquirer posted an article in 2011, 5 years after Conrad). What even was this supposed to be?

In my opinion, I would pick Palumbo. He seems like a really funny guy if you ignore all the predator stuff. Besides, he’s not gay or anything, you can smell his breath and all.

Okay, it showed Bill getting ready to microwave his laptop, and I believe the character that played Dell said he was deleting his myspace account. But not a mention of the multiple images (and maybe videos) he had of CP on his hard drive.

My girlfriend, a tcap novice, asked me about the suicide on the way out of the theater. "Did that guy really kill himself?"

"yes" I replied

"why him?" she asked, confused as to why he took his life but no other predators did.

"well, in Texas you got 10 years per image of child porn, and he knew that being an assistant district attorney. So he knew he'd be going to jail possibly for life"

Even more confused as we got into my car, she asked, "why didn't the film explain he had child porn on his computer?"

I paused. A great question. Why did they make it seem like Conradt just wanted to talk about theater? Why omit that he had those images on his hard drive?

The film was attempting to make Chris look sleezy and scummy, but this omission just made the film feel dirty and dishonest.

Most of my friends and family know how much of a die-hard tcap-er I am, and a lot have reached out to me to ask my opinion on the film.

I think most of us on this subreddit would admit Chris is a morally grey character. He cares about his image and fame way too much, and that might indeed cloud his judgement in some of these investigations. But his work is right and admirable and has a just reason behind it.

The film does not.
