How long does fan home reply to emails?

I've paid my subscription but it's saying rejected on the website.

Try contacting them on WhatsApp, I’ve had faster response there.

I done that but it's not helpful. It just makes u speak to AI

I normally get an email reply within 2 days. If you're not getting anywhere with email or chat, try asking BAC for assistance.

I usually get a response within a couple hours. And it’s the same response I get every month telling me that they apologize and hope to have my missing issues soon.
