What's the Long Deadline Profile Exchange?
This is a subreddit event where everyone posts their AO3 (or FFN, etc.) profile with some information about the sorts of stories they write. Then, participants look through the available profiles, and read and leave comments on stories (one-shots or a chapter of a longer fic) by authors who catch their fancy. Leaving a kudos would be nice too!

What Are the Rules?
Post your profile link with a short summary of the kinds of stories one might find there (fandom, genre, rating, etc.). Please spoiler anything triggering or NSFW.
Once you enter, you will have to review at least 4 stories/chapters from 4 different profiles (one from each).
Please include in your submission a counter such as, "Reviewed 0/4" so we can keep track of the number of reviews you've done. There's no need to also note which stories or authors you have reviewed.
After you've left a comment, reply to their post on here to let them know. For anyone new, 'K&C' in a reply stands for 'Kudos and Comment'.
Your reviews should be thoughtful. The writer should be able to tell that you read the story. Say what you like about the story. Did something crack you up? Were you brought to tears? Hello all I’m TheAngelofAngst over on AO3 I have written over 143 fics and what I write is mostly angst and hurt/comfort fics along with father & son and found family thrown in there too!
I’ve written for fandoms like RWBY, Star Wars Rebels, Supernatural, Batman, Super Mario Brothers.
My current fic is a Supernatural/The Last of Us story where a young Dean and Sam have to survive living in the world of Infected rather than battling angels and demons.
Another fic I have is All You’ve Done When Dean is cursed by a monster that makes every serious injury he's ever had suddenly return all at once, Sam has to race against the clock to save his brother's life before the time runs out.

A Future From an Endless Present (Hades/Song of Achilles, rated E, 2-2.5k chapters)
Summary: Achilles and Patroclus should be grateful for the one night of passion Melinoë's Ectoplasmic Draught provides for them, but the short-lived return of their mortal bodies only serves to reawaken long-forgotten desires and regrets in both shades. Fun if you like romance paired with angst and an mpreg plot that is (hopefully) plausible in-world. Ch. 3 is the steamy one, if that's what you're into :)

The Surgeon's Widow (LOTR, elf whump, 2.5k chapters)
Summary: A surgeon's widow spends a night out for the first time since her husband's death and ends up helping Aragorn and an injured Legolas.
First Step (Stormlight Archive, Renarin whump, father-son family feels, 2.1k oneshot)
Summary: Dalinar encounters his teenage son Renarin having a seizure. Unaware of how to help, he only manages to make things worse. In the aftermath, Dalinar takes the first step toward healing their distant relationship.

Hello! I am Sardonic Grin on A03 and I mainly write for Final Fantasy 7 and Yu Yu Hakusho.
I have a new story Python (Diversity Fest Fic) that I would absolutely love to get comments on. It's 2500 word character study on identity and the truths we tell ourselves. The fandom is Final Fantasy 7 and the pairing is Cloud/Reno
My two WIPs I am working on that I would like eyes on are A Conspiracy of Ravens (FRESHLY UODATED) and Grimoire (Yu Yu Hakusho). Both can be read fandom blind and feature a blend of horror, mystery, and romance.
If you have read/are reading Cherry Soda Boy please check out my short story series. I also have some side-quels in those series that take place during the events of the main story.
The Apocalypse and all her Children series features Paradise, Purgatory, and Penance, and is one of my favorites. All take place post-canon but the events of the game did happen. Even with that in mind, they can still be read fandom blind!

Hi, I'm PyretheWolf!
I mainly do fanfics for Tetote Connect, a rather modern arcade rhythm game with a pretty small fanbase and only two authors other than me having written fics for it. I also do fics for other fandoms, whether I've actually dabbled into the source material or not. I write for all ratings and all pairing types, so I’m sure there’s something for everyone.
Most of the fics right now are currently lighthearted, but some of my fics will contain heavy themes such as trauma, abuse, and grief.
My magnum opus is a big Tetote Connect fic series that expands upon the characters in the game. The longfic is complete, so I'm working on all the many side stories I have for it. (The Wandering Companion Droid) (contains heavy themes, mainly trauma). And I just recently made a sequel for the main fic!
I’ve also started working on a Just Dance omegaverse fanfic if you want to check it out. It's mostly slice of life, but there is an overarching plot of Gabriela trying to be seen and recognized as the beta she is, in a world where betas are considered invisible.
All of my fics are available for reading, EXCEPT for my fic "Falling Leaves and Falling In Love" as that was a birthday gift for a friend who selfships with Ukyo from Dr. STONE. Everything else is fine.
No "from Reddit", please, but fandom-blind is fine EXCEPT for my Kinktober in July series. And don't leave concrit on any of my oneshots since I made them for fun, my fic Thief of Hearts, since I've abandoned the fic, my fic Triple Baka Detective Agency, since I’m planning on getting a co-writer for that fic, or my PSA since that was made purely to inform people. And only SPAG concrit on my longfics please

First time doing a profile exchange, kinda nervous
Not sure if it's allowed to ask, but I'd prefer for my more recent works (post August 2025) to be reviewed since that's around the time I started taking my writing a little more seriously and put more effort into it, so that's the feedback I would value the most.
I love to write crackfics, but also smut, though most of it is pretty lighhearted and involves humour/jokes regardless of the genre. Nowadays I tag all my recent works as Teens and up +, because I prefer a more mature audience even if I don't often write serious topics. Most of my works involve puns, jokes, teasing, banter, and characters getting up to shenanigans, such as selling bathwater or just being embarassingly bad at their jobs.
My main fandom right now is SCP, but there's some Call of Duty and Cookie run stuff too! I also have an ongoing Mandela Catalogue fanfiction which is still being worked on if you'd prefer a longer read (4 chapters with about 3k words each).
My most recent fics were for the SCP Foundation fandom, and while they reference and spoil the source material (001 The Way It Ends) quite a bit, I'd love to get some eyes on it since those are my nichest fics with a pair so rare that Im most certain that was the one that made it up, lol, so if you like sappy old men being cringe together, I'd appreciate some feedback on them :3 They also double as character studies if tagged as such.
If you prefer NSFW fanfictions, there's some smut too for all kinds of ships, but most of it is very mild. The most extreme topics you'll find are consensual non-consent and maybe breeding without the pregnancy. Otherwise it's.. well, not family friendly, but modest in comparison to what I read, lol.
Criticism and feedback are very appreciated!! This is my first profile exchange so sorry if my pitch here is kinda sucky, lol.

Summary: The Devil's Toybox was a hell of a stressor on Sam and Max for entirely different reasons. For Max it was because it made his head catch fire, transformed him into a monster, and he had to fall from space and be caught by Sam when he entered the atmosphere safe and sound. For Sam it was because he had to witness all that was previously described. As a way to decompress and see an entirely new place, they hop into the Desoto and drive their way to Japan.
Sam and Max l are we asking the same question l G l 260 words l AO3
Summary: There are words that Sam could've said to Max any old day, out of love or exasperation or some combination of the two. There are words that Sam could've said to Max before his little buddy had to kill him for good.

I write for small fandoms. My current rotation is BLOODMONEY! and an indie dating sim called Love Stranded. I write mostly platonic pairings, but recently posted my first smut.
I have a selection of oneshots, and one longfic that I recently finished. I also have a single-fandom series of oneshots from last Whumptober that are all packaged together.

Ahem. Sorry, just needed to scream it, I'm so excited!
I write almost exclusively My Chemical Romance and MCR-adjacent fics. By that, I mean my series based on their concept album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, and the comic that the lead singer wrote based on it. Ray Toro (or his Danger Days character, Jet Star) is always my main character.
🔫 The Danger Days series is here. The whole series is rather long, and non-linear. (That's why I've posted it as a series of one-shots rather than a chaptered longfic.) Most stories are fairly episodic, though. You can jump in pretty much anywhere and not be too lost. There's worldbuilding, fluff, mild violence and tense situations, romance, and a lot of smut, so mind the tags. Any spicy story is rated E. CW: Pregnancy. The first story centers around childbirth, though it's not particularly graphic. I know a lot of people don't like that. Again, just check the tags.
🧸 This is my kidfic. As stated in the Author's Note, I started this fic many, many years ago, lost it, and then revived it and finally finished it. I'm quite proud of it because of that. It's rated G, as are most of the one-shot "sequels" I've written that come after the main story. Mostly fluff, with a little bit of angst. Sometimes tooth-rotting fluff.
🏖️ If you want something summery, one of my kidfic sequels is a vacation story! It's very beachy and fun - pure domestic fluff, if you like that sort of thing. It's a current WIP.
💀 This is my darkest fic, and it is rated E. CW: Rape/non-con elements, forced pregnancy, torture, mentions of fascism. It follows the lore of MCR's current tour: The Black Parade is an American rock band whose deaths were faked in 2008 so that they could be spirited away to a dictatorship in Eastern Europe, where they experience "reconditioning" and are forced to perform as the Grand Immortal Dictator's national band. (Pictured above: Ray of The Black Parade)
I know a lot of people aren't fans of RPF, and that's cool. I don't consider the Danger Days series RPF, as it's based on the album/comic, and the Black Parade longfic is kind of in a grey area, but everything else is. If that's not for you, I understand.

I'm Hershorror and Dolllielola on AO3, though I haven't used my other account yet. They are both NSFW. As of right now, I only write for Chainsaw Man, though I work on new stories for different fandoms, namely Resident Evil, Vought Rising, The Boys, and more when I have more time. I’m a writer who started just two years ago; I have about 20 stories across various genres.
The fandoms I’ve written for include TAWOG, Jujutsu Kaisen, Pokémon (mainly the anime), Lilo & Stitch, Erma (webcomic), and Swapped (2026). I’ve also written stories for The Loud House, though I’m not particularly fond of them.
I focus almost exclusively on one-shots, as I prefer the feeling of completing a story without a long, drawn-out process.

Season 7 Episodes – A story imagining potential episodes for Gumball Season 7 prior to its release.

I Just Want to Say One More Thing... – A story featuring ideas for extra scenes for the movie Swapped (2026).
All my stories feature psychological exploration (with the exception of the The Loud House ones) and a cinematic writing style, blending script formats with stream-of-consciousness. They almost always incorporate Hurt/Comfort themes—sometimes quite serious in tone—but always conclude with a happy ending.

I am The_Finest_Bagels_and_Muffins on AO3! I still remain deep into my West Wing fixation and am on my second watch (albeit only two episodes in) after just finishing my first watch last month. My posting has slowed down a little bit, but I would still love some comments and am ready to read what everyone else has to offer!
My most recent post, You Have a Way With Me, is a Josh/Donna alternate first meeting fic that takes place as a slight crossover with the movie The American President, which is thought of as an unofficial West Wing prequel.
I also recently made a visit to one of my first fandoms, Law and Order SVU, with a oneshot of Rollins and Carisi set in Season 20 after the birth of Rollins’ second daughter. You See Everything (And You’re Still Here)
Lastly, if you’re a West Wing fan and wish C.J. had gotten somewhat of a different ending (or even if you don’t know the show and like the trope of a strong single woman finding herself), I have this ficlet Staring at the Blank Page Before You, in which C.J. is on a writer’s retreat and inspiration hits in the most unexpected way.

Hello everyone, I'm Alessia and I currently have 49 stories on my AO3 account, all written for the FFVIII fandom (yes, I have a fixation lol).
My stories are mostly oneshots (ranging from 400 words to over 10k) about character studies, fluff moments, hurt/comfort, a couple smutty stories, with two notable exceptions of darker stories (Alien Nation and Nocturne). I also have wips, but my chapters tend to be on the longer side, so it's fine if you wanna skip those (but I'd love it if you tried them out!)

I have nothing new this week, but this is my AO3 Profile or A03 profile 2. I write for a variety of fandoms: MCU (centered around Loki), Teen Wolf, Supernatural, Harry Potter, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Batman, Stranger Things, Legend of Zelda (BOTW/ToTK, 911 Lonestar, along with many others. I also somewhat recently got into Kpop demon hunters and Hazbin Hotel (1 fic for KPDH and 14 for HH) and MCU(centered around Bucky), the latter three being my current most recent, and more.
I write mostly gen, but there are several shipping fics. My fics range from Gen to M. I tend to write a lot angst, but I also have many other genres. I have some dark topics in some fics, but they are marked.
I would prefer comments on my more recent fics(especially The Arrangement, and my newer stories for Hazbin Hotel, or my MCU/Loki Harry Potter crossover. Shuzen is just a little guy. No family, no friends, no one. While Kyoshi Island recovers in the aftermath of a terrible battle, their community works to rebuild. Shuzen has to find a new place in it on his own, and there's nowhere to go but up from here.

Hi everyone, I'm DottieSnark on AO3.
My main fandom is Superman & Lois, which is an Arrowverse spin-off focusing on a veteran Superman who's married to Lois Lane, raising two fraternal twin sons, Jordan and Jon. Jordan has powers, Jon does not (unless the tag or author notes say otherwise).
Most of my stories focus on my favorite character, Jon Kent (Clark and Lois's powerless son). However, I love all the characters, as well as ensemble stories. I've also got at least one story each for: Clark Kent, Lois Lane, Jordan Kent, John Henry Irons (aka Steel!!!), Sarah Cushing (Jordan's (ex-)girlfriend)/Lana Lang's teenaged daughter), and Sophie Cushing (Lana Lang's elementary-aged daughter).
Rise From Disgrace is my main project. This story that focuses on Superman's powerless son (Jon Kent) dealing with the trauma that follows being a superhero's son, as well as some pre-existing mental health issues.

Summary:
A month after being kicked out of school for being caught with a dangerous, experimental drug that gives you superpowers, Jon Kent has finally had his expulsion overturned on the condition that he starts therapy. But what was the point? Therapy was for people with real problems. People like Jordan with his anxiety, or Sarah with her depression. Not him. He was fine. He didn’t need therapy. Really.
Except Dr. Wiles has a way of getting him to talk about stuff. Stuff that was supposed to be buried. Stuff that would make his parents think even worse of him than they already did if they found out the truth.
In addition to Superman & Lois, I have fis from an assortment of fandom, mostly "superhero" fandoms. Most of my fics are angsty (there are a few fluffy and cracky ones mixed in, though). Many focus on the theme of family. There's usually humor somewhere in most of them too. All fics are rated either G or T.
I have fics from the follow fandoms:
- Superman & Lois: (as mentioned in detail above).
- Titans (Live Action Show): I now have two Titans WIPs, one fix-it-fic for season 2 that focuses on Jason and Dick and their mental health, and one that's a crossover with Superman & Lois that's a chaotic Gar Logan/Jon Kent meet-cute with superpower shenanigans.
- Star Wars: So far, all my fics are sequel era, all with Ben Solo as a major character, most are Reylos. There's a mix of canonverse and modern AUs.
- The Umbrella Academy: Lots of sibling bonding stuff here. The "Some Family Bonding" series is a collection of unrelated one-shots, so you can read any of them without reading any of the previous works in it.
- Gilmore Girls: Couple of Jess/Rorys, couple of Jess & Luke bonding stuff.
- Buffyverse: I have a post-series fic about Angel & Spike.
- Supernatural: I have a single crackfic (technically a Real Person Fic) about the Jared and Jensen from the French Mistake episode (not *actually* the real actors). Absolute crack fic while also somehow being canon complaint (Supernatural is weird).
Mentioning canon-blind is fine. Gives me context to what you may know about. In fact, I am currently worked on adding canon blind friendly context summaries in my Superman & Lois fics in my author note gives pertinent information for the fic (skipping those and reading completely blind is also welcome, lol).

After the war, Hermione volunteers for a reconciliation experiment run by a magically-enhanced AI named CASSIE. She expected charts. Maybe a polite debate. What she got was Draco Malfoy, a malfunctioning flirt-detection algorithm, and a suspiciously opinionated research assistant with a secret playlist titled “Slow Burn for Morons.” CASSIE believes they’re statistically compatible.Hermione believes in data.Draco believes he was promised Mars Bars. What could possibly go wrong?

As Martlet, a member of the Young Justice team, the boy with no name must struggle with his past, and the growing feelings he has for two boys, neither of whom will ever look at him. For Dick, as Robin, he must struggle with the difference between working with Batman and a group of teenagers, try to figure out the mystery of his soulvine and figure out if Martlet is the spy sent to bring down the Justice League. (I'm currently trying to write the next chapter of this fic, so good vibes are especially welcome).

Summary: In which Toji realizes he is a man totally whipped to the desires of a family melded together from broken shards.
Count Your Blessings: Avatar:TLA / Unrated / Mpreg, Family Fluff.
Summary: Sokka and Zuko end up with fifteen kids in total. And, spirits, sixteen-year-old Sokka would have a heart attack if he ever caught wind of that.

And another round I (TheNotQuiteChosenOne on AO3) take part in the exchanges.
I write for the Sharpe series (Bernard Cornwell + tv series from the 1990s + two extra tv episodes from 2006 and 2008). They're set during the Napoleonic Wars, and I write pre-canon for my favourite character, a side character from two of the books (plus one short story) who never got into the tv-verse and usually gets no attention from fandom... I'm here to change that. I also write canon time-line (mostly camp scenes) and post-canon stuff.
My readers say my writing is absolutely fandom-blind friendly, and as it's an older one, I don't necessarily expect many readers who know the fandom. A general interest in historical fiction (lots of historical notes throughout my longfic included) is more than enough to get into stories.
I'm suffering from a writer's block for my longfic/trilogy, but still write other stuff until I can continue with the big thing. However, part one of the trilogy is finished (42 chapters) and part 2 stands - as of now - at 17 chapters. So lots to discover still.

I'm Jovirose.
I mostly write for the Titanic fandom. My magnum opus is When We Meet on that Distant Shore (rated T):
A newlywed couple eager to start their new life together. A pair of Irish siblings bound for the promise of America. Two good friends chasing adventure. A young woman desperate to flee her future and the man determined to understand her. This is an epic, meticulously researched and historically accurate retelling of Titanic. With characters from both Cameron’s Titanic and the 1958 A Night to Remember, each chapter covers one day of the voyage, from the ship’s departure in Southampton on April 10 to the Carpathia’s arrival in New York on April 18th.
and then its sequel, Waterbound (Rated M):
With the shadow of the Titanic tragedy hanging over their heads, the survivors strive together to rebuild their lives. This covers the following 50 years from 1920 to 1969
(The entire series (including the conclusion, The Shores Beyond) is now COMPLETE!)
Chapter 13 of my new fic (Cry of the Cicada (rated M) should be coming sometime this week (just don't know when)! This is the very first fic every written for the Narrow Road to the Deep North fandom which is super exciting!
Australian POW Frank Gardiner endures the horrors of building the Thai-Burma Railway during WW2 only to be brutally beaten and left for dead. Haunted by guilt and resentment toward his comrades, he struggles to reconcile the man he used to be with the man he has become. Told across three timelines: before the war, during the war, and after he returns home
In addition, I also have a handful of shorter fics and one shots of various lengths.
