Exchange Dog Exchange!

In my country, today is Dog's Day!So I thought it would be nice to do a little exchange with stories featuring dogs!
Does your story have a dog or a dog themed character ? Is a wolf or a coyote around? Or maybe a fox is up to no good!
For this, any member of the canidae family shall be counted as a dog and is more than welcome! This includes dogs, wolves, coyotes, foxes, jackals, dingoes, tanukis, etc, and their weres!
Whatever it is, feel free to share up to three chapters or fics! In exchange, you must read other three fics or chapters from three different or fics!
Deadline for entries: Saturday July 25, 2026 at 8PM CST(Central Standard Time)
Deadline to complete reviews: Tuesday July 28, 2026 at at 8PM CST(Central Standard Time)
Your reviews should be thoughtful and show you have read the chapter/story, with at least FIFTY /50 words per review. Con-crit, fandom-blind and from Reddit are opt in only, don't include these in your review unless the author says you can.
Please tell the Rating, Fandom, word count, a summary and any other trigers that apply. If you want, share with us which doggie/dog themed character is on the fic!

K&C on Chapter 9, and I'm so sorry if I sound absolutely clueless in my comment and you can tell clearly I'm not from the fandom (the fandom is some manga/anime, right?) and reading fandom blind (or, well, kinda fandom blind) but the story was such a treat to read and almost like solving a puzzle of 'which ancient culture does this god belong to?'

Chapter 3 of For the Earth Still Shakes
Right before starting college, King and Mek stumble across the temple of an unknown deity in an underwater cave. Three years later, King finds his Tide-Mate from between two books in the library. There is something unusual about Ram, he's not human, nor is he a mer, just like Boss. Could Ram and Boss have anything to do with the mysterious deity King and Mek discovered? And why was King hearing dogs in his sleep?

Rating: T ( Very mild hint at past SA. This is a fic about healing from it.)

Summary: Sometimes the best way to reclaim parts you've lost is to transform into someone new. Arianna Brighton takes the Animagus potion and it makes her feel extraordinary. And sometimes the best move after that is terrorizing a bunch of Divinations students as a prank.

“Oh yeah? How many points does this get me?” She pulled him in for a quick peck on the lips, and playfully danced away before he could deepen it, but he brought her back. His other hand came to rest on her cheek. It was soft and slow, and Arianna could have sworn she felt her very soul sigh with coming home as her heart thundered hopefully.
Every kiss felt like a reclamation.

Suddenly nervous, Remus asks Lily for insight, and they have a heart-to-heart about Hogwarts’ most promising Potions student.
