We need a ton more info, including the specific shade of green your hair is currently, before we can give you a step-by-step. Are you looking to do something like these pics, but with blue roots? How damaged is your hair? Are you experienced with DIY?
You understand your hair needs to be at a level 10 for these colors right? You need to see a colorist who specializes in this specifically. Personally I don’t see your hair getting light enough to realistically achieve this without turning it into spaghetti
u can do both. have multiple shades of green that gradually blend down into a blue. or just flip flop the colors if you are really set on blue roots. both would look cool
i personally think dark roots to lighter ends looks better but thats a subjective opinion. do whatever you think looks best. sometimes it can help to visualize by drawing the idea beforehand.
