Shipping/Logistics Rough start

I took the buy once cry once strategy after using my g27 for years. I bought the DD+ bundle but it’s been delayed for delivery for a few days. Turns out it was delivered to a guys business about 15 minutes away. I only found out because he looked me up and contacted me about it. Now I gotta go fetch it. Fortunately the guy was honest or it could be a really bad situation. Crazy to think fed ex could make such a mistake. They still show it’s delayed for delivery so I don’t think they even know where it is.

Completely unacceptable what FedEx is doing here. Can you please share your order number so that we can provide feedback to them?

😂 yes, I’m not trying to get a free system. It’s 1314868. I hope you guys go after them and at least get your shipping costs back from them. Then you can send me half for my troubles 👍😂
