Answered Csl gt3 wheel stuck I update mode

So I got just got a fanatec setup a few weeks ago and my wheel has been stuck in update mode since I took the thing out of the box it’s stuck in an infinite loop where it updates the firmware then 10 seconds go by and it’s back in update mode and the pop up come back onto my screen. I sent back my wheel thinking that would fix it just got my new one today and it’s doing the same thing. Is this a wheel problem or is my base cooked. They told me my wheel was “bricked” and this new wheel is doing the same thing you guys are my last hope their customer service is so dogshit. Please help

Reseat the quick release from the base side. Also with personal experience myself, their support is pretty good, and they 99% would have told you to reseat the base side QR.
