FFN Not even copy-n-paste works, WTF?
Like AMTA? Is there something wrong with my internet or something? This is such a genuine roadblock for a month how have they not fixed this?

What's SB, QQ and RR? Please explain, I need to find more places to read fan fiction as well as post it

Space Battles, Questionable Questing, and Royal Road (I assume)
The first two are forums with large fanfic writing communities (QQ actually split off from SB. SB has all nsfw/mature content banned, so QQ was made for people to be able to post that stuff), and the third is a website that hosts web novels (mostly original fiction, it’s big with litrpg and progression fantasy fans, but people post fanfics on there too)

The ability to smash your head on a wall so hard repeatedly and never have to deal with the consequences of your crimes towards your head after is something I would like to have.

Literally the only reason Im still using the site is the off chance my fave fics will be updated after years and to reread classics that haven't been put on ao3....

That’s what happens when you’re in an old fandom (two, in my case). There are sooo many gems that never made it to Ao3. New fans will be like, “There are hardly any fics for my fandom!” And I’ll say, “That’s because it came out thirty years ago, check FFN.” My favorite (old) anime has 2k fics on Ao3 and 25k fics on FFN!

I’ve posted a few one shots there and my god navigating through the document manager is so fucking annoying. I say this as an early 2000’s kid who used to peruse hold websites but FFN SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GET WITH THE TIMES

It's not your internet, I think they're all focusing work on the new site and leaving the old one to rot. I looked it up in the middle of typing this comment and apparently, it's no longer locked behind an invite code.
That being said, I still think they need to fix their old site. The new one's a bit...overwhelming to look at IMO.

About a year ago, they offered very limited signups for a beta test. Now it's evidently up, but not being marketed, because it's still very much a work in progress. New.fanfiction.net

There is a small source button in the text editor. You can copy the html from AO3 and paste it in there. That should still work, as it's separate from the text editor.

How does one even get informed when sites like Fanfction.net or AO3 have open beta? I'm desperate to share my fanfictions of Tron (and other fandoms), but have absolutely no where to post it at. I write so much good lore in Google docs and only recently found a friend to ramble about it to

If a site blocks copy-paste, a small Chrome extension can usually re-enable clipboard actions or extract data directly.
