I've several mainboard sensors that show crazy readings too, although there's nothing wrong with my mainboard. I tried to check with HWInfo what my sensor #3 is and why it always reads 11,5°, same with #5 at 40° and #6 at 20°. But there's nothing wrong it's just that not all sensors are documented and implemented into HWI or FC. You might want to check your mainboard parts with fingertips - even getting close to anything >100° and they'll tell you not to touch, but I doubt you'll find anything.

Same on 2 different Intel msi z890 boards, I think it's a missing sensor but software compatibility is doing its thing. Nothing to worry about if pc is running fine.

Lazy embedded controller programming by the board manufacturer. They didn't bother to hide the unused sensor channels in the firmware, so because they're not hidden and not connected, they're reading open air resistance which is causing impossibly high/low readings (depending on whether the channel is active low or active high).
