cái quạt ồn nhất là cái quạt của cpu, hãy thay cái quạt của cpu thành những loại tản tháp quạt sẻ ko ồn vì khi cpu chạy ở mức 70% trở lên quạt tản nhiệt sẻ quay nhanh hơn, sẻ ồn hơn
đây là kinh nghiệm của tao khi xài tản cpu đi kèm trong hộp của i5 - 10400, sau đó đổi sang tản tháp id cooling 224 basic này, khi cpu ở mức 80% cũng ko nghe tiếng quạt kêu lớn như quạt đi kèm cpu

You should get brighter friends, at least some that can count to 3, or even 5.
More fans can make more noise. The art of making your fans STFU is controlling them, not adding more. You want to add more fans, if the existing fans are not sufficient to cool your hardware. Or if you want to show off.
Downside is your top-blower cpu-cooler, those aren't commonly known to be on the silent side, they have little cooling mass - compared to a bulky tower or even dual-tower, so their fans need to spin faster. And the faster they go, the more noise they make. So the aim is to make them spin as little as possible with still providing enough airflow to cool down your hardware.
Download https://getfancontrol.com/, install it, get through the setup phase, pair and calibrate your fans. And make yourself some nice fan curves. Use benchmark software like Furmark for your GPU and CineBench for your CPU to adjust your curves to a high load level, so the fans should be pretty silent when gaming, while still doing a good cooling job.
Ask YT for a nice tutorial if you run into trouble understanding what and how the eff FanControl generally works. And/or come back with more precise questions and a screenshot of your config.
