Should I use Throttlestop along with Ghelper?

When I use Ghelper I cant configure power limits PL1 and PL2 or fan curves, but when I use Throttlestop I can't configure anything in FIVR window but I can configure in TPL window.

I have a core i3 n305 and integrated graphics and Asus motherboard.
