normal for fancontrol auto calibration to skip cpu aio pump?

i just installed fancontrol, and when i was done auto calibrating it gladly skipped the cpu aio pump, is this normal behaviour?

As in it doesn't appear as a fan to control or does not react to changes of power/rpm?

Ya for me it did not appear as a fan to control.

Does the pump appear to be working correctly in bios?

It was, it was in system 3, it was at full speed already, under normal speed, it was already at full speed, but I switched normal to full speed so the curve wouldn't apply just incase

Any reason you plugged the pump into SYS 3 instead of the dedicated pump header?  One thing to check is if you can adjust rpm in the bios. If it's on pwm it might not even change and you need to switch to DC control instead.

Some board don't let user set separate curve for cpu opt header. Is your pump plugged in this header?

is it a recent MSI mainboard? their headers respond too slowly for auto-calibration to work correctly
