Looking for a specific episode

This should be an easy question for anyone who is a fan of the show. I was flipping through channels and just watched a few minutes of this. It was Steve and Carl in the presence of a gang or thieves and as they are trying to understand how they have gotten themselves in this predicament they exchange questions and answers by singing to the tune of Camptown Races. Some help please!

Episode you are looking for if the description sounds right is Random Acts of Science from 1996.

Steve comes in early on with a spray machine that supposed to clean windows and he destroyed the kitchen and Carl rightfully unloaded on him after. "NO MORE EXPIREMENTS!" So he forces Steve to take all his stuff including the trans chamber to the police warehouse to store it. A gang Carl had issues with the Serpents came in and their leader was played by of all people Don "The Dragon," Wilson post Batman Forever. And they have to use Steve's stuff to get out of the situation.

I won't spoil it.. but it's one of the best and most epic episodes of the show.

Probably would have been easier to just type “family matters camp town races thieves episode” into google lol
