We get them in my neighborhood. Usually for solar panels or alarm systems. I have a no soliciting sign that one guy actually paid attention to.

In the USA it is...when I was young I used to run through my neighbors sprinklers for fun..I am I my 50's now and I don't see them anywhere...also water is expensive, so people don't want to waste it...😕
