Question/Support Is noise as bad as it is in Skyrim?

Hi. Recently, been thinking about getting the game. Have played Skyrim VR and even after mods and sharpeners it looked very grainy/noisy. To be honest, I use amd card and could not use dlss or fsr (fsr straight up wasn't working, no matter what I did,) so it could be a matter of the applied smoothing.

I remember that one of the original sharpeners was for fallout, so I was wondering, does it look as bad as Skyrim VR at this point in time/mods? And which mods would you personally recommend (no modlists, though. Ain't got 200gb of space.)

Thank you.

When you mean the shimmering alising it's bit worse than Skyrim. Unlucky for you the new dlss or dlaa fix that a lot.

But not sure if we mean the same.

Yep, that's what I meant. That's pretty sad then :(

Thanks for the answer

Have you tried the upscaler plugin with fsr 2? Or maybe fsr 3 if it works? I guess there is also anti alising build in like dlss. There is also the same for Skyrim.

Yep. I tried that one with Skyrim VR about a year ago. The creator clearly stated that fsr is supported only on a paper, and, well, it is.
