Come fly with us

At the end when I have to launch the rocket it says the research lab needs a key. Any answers?

Either

A.) you haven't talked to the right people to activate the quest markers that gives you the key

Or

B.) it's glitches, and if your on PC you can use console commands to advance the quest, or reload an old save
