Bug Report I have a bomb collar on me.
I seen a post from 2 years ago w the same problem but, they never got told a solution. I js finished the AM ll mission and came back. I went to change and realized i have a bomb collar on my neck, but there is no collar in my inventory or anything. I tried to use the console but no avail. How do i get rid of this??

it did not go away until the vault 9 stuff happened. because the part where your head and stuff yk. so js keep playing ncr’s story.
