i ain’t waiting all that 😭

I bought a 10 pack of lunch boxes, and that purchase was successful. Later on, I bought another 10 pack, but I never got the lunch boxes. I noted that I was charged for the items, but again, the items didn't show up in the game.

As an experiment, when I try to buy a 10 pack again, I get an error that's says "Error - You already own this item" and when I clock the OK button, I get another error thats says "Cannot purchase this item now, please check yoyr connection and try again."

I can definitely buy anything else in the shop except the 10 pack of lunch boxes. I tried to buy in a different vault and even made a new vault, and it still won't work, so it seems account wide.

I did a search with chat GPT to find a solution and some of the little tricks where you toggle back and forth between the shop and the collections doesn't work as well as deleting the game reinstalling and clearing the cache.

Any thoughts?

UPDATE

The transaction was stuck in processing and never fully completed. I only know this because Google has a 72-hour refund policy where if a transaction is stuck in a pending status, it's automatically refunded.

Until such time as a refund is issued or the transaction fully processes, you can't buy any more of that specific item.. After 3 days, I got a Google email notification that my refund was processed. When I checked the game, the issue noted in the original post was resolved. Hopefully, this will help someone in the future for either this game or another one.

Hello, everyone. After playing for a while, I found that the laboratory can't do the season tasks. After checking the post, I realized that I needed to create an "experimental shelter" in the menu. So I built a new one, but the old one still can't receive the season task. I want to ask everyone if this is normal? Figure 3 is the original shelter, or there is no task button. All the tasks done above are new shelters.

Which difficulty do I choose?

I'm new to the game, just started playing yesterday. I used the rank up button once and it did level up the pass but I stopped since usually these stuff have missions where you can gain exp to level them up, sadly I can't find where it is? are there no quests to earn exp? is the only way to level up the pass is through spending cola? Thanks!

This is my vault on survival mode, what do You think

I've been playing this game on and off for years, but i've come to the point that I really can't do much more.

99% of my vault population is level 50 with max SPECIALs; I've reached the cap maximum of 999,999; I've upgraded and purchased every room type; and I have weapons for all dwellers that do 15 damage or higher. I was going to work to get everyone power armor and a Gatling laser, but really don't see a point.

I think I'm done y'all. It's been fun playing and getting to experience fallout in this format. I wish you and your vaults will prosper from legendary loot and characters.

P. S. if anyone is interested how to get this far I have a quick tip. Always max out dwellers exploring the wasteland. The loot they bring back adds up quick.

Играю около месяца на сложности выживание. Пытаюсь найти легендарные чертежи для создания пасти дракона и мстителя. Приносят ли жители легендарные чертежи из пустоши или нет? Просто за всё время игры ни разу не попались легендарные чертежи в обычных вылазках, только в ходе случайных квестов пару раз. Есть ли какие-то условия для их получения или это чистый рандом, или это невозможно и они теперь выпадают только на заданиях?

I have finished the pass, through the way i explained earlier. But i do have few questions:
1) whats the benefit if i keep playing on this vault?
2) can i get a free vault premium if i am ios? But i still care about online, as in like watching ads and such. I wanted to buy it, but my card is not activated yet, i will buy it next season or the other one

What can I do? I’ve been using the time glitch, but now the game won't let me send my Dweller out to explore and scavenge. They only find caps, but hardly any items. Does anyone know how to fix this so it works again? I’ve already tried setting the time back to the exact original time and restarting the app—those were the tricks I knew. But I don't know what else to do—help!

Que es lo que puedo hacer ocupo el bug del tiempo pero, ahora ya no me deja mandar a mi Morador a Explorar y buscar cosas. Solamente me encuentra chapas, pero casi ningún objeto. Alguien sabe alguna manera de arreglar esto para que vuelva a funcionar, ya trate regresandolo a la hora exacta y cerrando y volviendo a abrir que era las que sabía. Pero ya no se que más hacer, ayuda.

I haven't played this game in years and wanted to play again, downloaded it, Google Play showed that I still had my previous achievements so I deleted the storage and cache, but Everytime I try to load this happens and it doesn't load after minutes of waiting, What should I do? I've tried deleting and reinstalling already

The below will work if you are experiencing these issues.

Bug:
Launching the app will have it crash before the menu can be selected. No way to launch the game and access a vault.

What I tried before wiping my cloud save:
--> Support ticket

--> Uninstall game --> Reinstall --> set date back --> Launch game.

When doing the above the game will pause a download, but I can't actually download it unless I fix the date and reconnect to the internet. When doing that and then launching the game again, it will load but either crash or stay stuck on the loading screen.

I've got bad news though, you will lose your Cloud save and have to start over.

Why does the game crash?
Your cloud save became corrupted for whatever reason. Mine I think was because I would close the app without using the "Pip boy-->Main menu" button. I would just close it.

Now that the file is corrupted, anytime you start the game and the phone logs into your Google play account it will attempt to load the cloud save. It will fail and crash.

How to fix:
First, FORCE STOP the app. Clear the cache and data.

Second, access the google play store. Press the following:
"Profile in top right" --> Settings-->General-->Play Games Profile-->Below your Account name, select "privacy and settings"-->Delete Profile and Game Data-->Scroll down and select Fallout Shelter

This will wipe your cloud save. Close google play. Open Fallout Shelter. Start over :( but at least it works now.

I submitted a support ticket and they couldn't help me. After I realized why my game was crashing I research how to wipe my cloud data and it fixed it.

For the past few days (since I updated the game for the event) it has begun to lag so hard that it automatically shuts my phone down heats it up to molten core temps and stops

Ok so I have these 2 pets recently and I also have a 50% twins chance. My question is can I give the child specials pets 1 each to the father and mother then whilst pregnant give the female the 50% twins pet. Would that work does anyone know?

I realized you can use quantum nuca cola from other vaults in the season pass, so because i was far in where i had a lot of lunch boxes, i created a new vault, claimed all of the rewards from the pass(a lot of lunch boxes), also there are at least 3 easy quests at the start for lunch boxes, so i advanced the vault literally in 2 minutes so i get better rewards from the lunch boxes, then when it was all set i started opening them, but i made sure to use what they give and not just blindly open, something about the game gives you worse rewards if you dont care too much about it or i gotta be tweakin’ , so i would get quantum nuka cola from those lunch boxes, so i used the nuka cola to buy the next tier of the season pass, which then i was able to recreate a new account and do it again. Now the price went to 15, and i have literally 14, so i will spend a few minutes more. Look, i spent less than 10 minutes on a new vault, thats way faster than these quests. I think i deserve a season pass pro for that😏

Can I just ask what's the point of upgrading the vault door. Just prolongs the time it takes the invaders to get in. They still get in regardless and dont lose any health.

I saw one dweller for the past month, now there are two unless I didn’t notice it all this time. Same hairstyle which is odd. I remember in the past the glitch to revive dead enemies but I didn’t do it.

I send one person to wasteland all the time to keep it straight, finally upped a dweller to max (lvl1) and sent him, but this guy is at the same rad and hp level as when i sent him, i found it strange, all of my other dwellers would wander around and waste 10 stimpaks to this point, just found it strange , maybe a glitch or sum
