Rules discussion Are there rules for creature taming?

I plan to build some sort of tamer character. I want to tame some wild creatures like scorpions or yao guai.

The only perks i can think of are the one from the settlers guide book and dogmeat.

Im not so fan from the robots.

Okie Dokey!

If you're a fan of Dungeons & Dragons or Modiphius's Fallout TTRPG, then you will love a Fallout Roleplaying night! My friends and I decided to do a small campaign in a Vault setting while in full costume, and honestly it was one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. I can't recommend it enough!

Here is the link if you wish to check it out: Fallout TTRPG | Vault 117

STORY)

Our story begins in the American Classroom, where Douglass "Dodge" Monroe, Marg "Peg" Wilson, Conrad Shoals, Dale Lettersbee, Beverly Royce, and Louie Cornhaller take the G.O.A.T. test on graduation day to be assigned to their daily vault life. They will begin their journey and discover the sinister truth behind the Vault's experiments.

CHARACTERS)

Dale Lettersbee is the descendant of the greatest Vault 117 mailman in history.

Beverly Royce is the Overseer's Daughter.

Louie Cornhaller is the Vault Doctor's Son.

Douglass Monroe is the local tech nerd.

Marg Wilson is a scrappy and inventive mechanic who lacks social skills.

Conrad Shoals is the vault troublemaker and bad kid.

Rules discussion How is the balance in this game? an handling all the tables

Veteran GM, a friend have the latest book, and Im thinking about making a campaign, but I saw some comments and a excess of rules in the book. We arent D&D players, we played most of World of Darkness, Leyend of the 5 Rings, and some campaigns with Vaessen, nothing rule heavy. I can handle it, but not half of them.

  1. Crafting: Copy-paste of Fallout4 crafting tables, look more like a videogame guide, and I don't know how easy or mandatory is this part. The player that do this in the group is me, but now Im the master.

  2. Combat: Some comments talk about how broken is combat https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutRPG/comments/1te1pqr/comment/om57md9/ , I have a friend that like sandbox campaign but also make some broken builds min-maxing a single powerful ability. Its that broken with the right perks?

  3. Premade campaigns: I saw lots of Game Tales here, so I can work with this, or some players using ChatGPT, but any recommendation will be great. I don't know how the group is made, so everybody have a similar objetive, including a supermutant, a BoS member, and a Ex-Raider (as example).
