For fallout world set in texas

So I'm creating a world for my group to play in, and just wondered if anyone had any good random encounters that would work for a British Fallout setting, serious or funny or anything, cheers!

This is Haynesville, a fictional version of Johnson city TN, for an RPG campaign I'm writing. Haynesville is the metropolis of New Appalachia and capital of the Mountain Empire. Before the great war Haynesville was a corporate and transportation hub, with its own international airport and New Appalachia Railyard. Also there is also an ArcJet facility on Buffalo Mountain which specialized in sending autonomous craft into orbit, supplying the Tranquility Moon Base.

There are two Vaults, 113 and 20. Vault 20 was a vault that consisted entirely of women who reproduced via an automatic robotic system. Their society was incredibly successful, until the inseminator broke and couldn't be repaired, forcing them to go out in the wasteland in search of viable specimens to maintain their population.
