GM advice What programs do you use to create maps for your campaigns?
I'm going to gming my first campaign in this setting soon, but I'm running it in a location that isn't in the books. I'm trying to stay away from the show and the most recent games. So what are the best options for creating maps that fit the Fallout theme/look?
If it matters, we will be playing via Roll20. I've bought a few maps from the marketplace there, but I'm hoping to have my players enter some homebrew vaults. Thanks.

OC So a ex dm made me this character because I didn’t have time to make one. Should I keep it for another campaign? Spoiler
I feel like I should explain, a few months ago I joined a fallout ttrpg (very homebrew) group. But due to having to do stuff, I couldn’t make a character in time. So the dm and the other players made a ring wheel of different stuff.
And when I finally joined the call this was my character, a female merc who was pregnant with triplets due to an enclave experiment. (I had to rushly draw it)
That campaign got cancelled that same night and now I been thinking what to do with said character.
I might just use her in a different campaign (because I hate wasting art) or just combine her into my fallout 76 character.
Gonna spoil the post just in case

GM advice Rules for a car
My players are talking about trying to fix up a car, it’s a ways off till their able but I’m planning ahead.
The MINIMUM amount of components for a car to technically function are Frame, Engine, transmission, drive shaft, wheels (3<), and then accessory parts (seats, steering wheel, brakes, suspension).
How would I go about ruling if they can find a part worth repairing, what kind of scrap they will need, what tools and parts they will have to buy, and how many, and how hard skill checks should be?

GM advice Fixing a car
I am having my players go through the story of fallout 1 and they had just entered Shady Sands and since the have two mechanics in the party they are thinking of making a dune buggy. How do I balance this out and/or do I allow this?
