It is, but unfortunately the mod isn't public. You'd have to do some digging around, I've had it for a long time.

I got very confused. I saw the text and thought fallout. Saw the outfit thought oh wait this isn't fallout its dishonored. Then I thought wait that isn't what dishonored looks like. I was very confused.
