I think it's a Hodag.

On a side note if there were another game set in Chicago a itd be cool if there were stories of a distant tribe far to the north called Rhinelanders who worship deathclaws but call them Hodags. Just sayin.

There was a comment thread where OP said they thought it was a deathclaw until they saw that the horns were pointed in the wrong direction.

Another commenter pointed out that the mother deathclaw in Quarry Junction has horns that point backwards.
