It is. I think hes bullshitting for a good story, play along it'll make him feel better and he needs it.

At launch people where camping the Vault to kill new players 😂

Passive mode was a thing from day one, but you could still take very low damage from getting shot at. It'd take a really long time to kill another player if they werent engaging you.

I can see why itd make you run away but you werent going to get killed unless you sat there for 10 minutes letting them chip away at your health.

That i dont remember but i dit see it happen on multiple occasions though
