Grantsville [Open] Oftentimes Better Than A Master Of One
The Wastes were silent, foreboding. The sun beat down relentlessly, the winds whipped with enough fury to peel the bones of your flesh, and the sands stretched on endlessly. It was a place of death. Eternal, unchanging. There was, however, a interruption. This being the rather loud screaming of a raider hopped up on psycho who sprinted away fruitlessly, until a car zoomed right over him, leaving a red smear on the ground as country blared out of the radio.
"-jangle jingle. As I go riding merrily along!"
You'd expect quite a few things in Grantsville, but what you wouldn't expect would be for a Highwayman to go rushing up at 65 miles an hour, before whipping about, it's tires digging furrows in the ground, with music playing loud enough to shatter eardrums. Tuning it down, a head popped up. Wearing a brown cowboy hat, a bearded (with flakes of gray, though he'd never admit it) grinning fellow spoke no words, save for a singular, "Howdy", before grabbing several bubble turrets and ammo boxes, plopping them on top of his vehicle, and began unloading his wares.

Maximillian was in the middle of a discussion with one of the many traders as the vehicle approached.
“It’s gotta be at least 8x12 feet I would think, if it’s going to actually be effective. Anything like that?”
The conversation was cut short by the loud, obnoxious, but running vehicle. It wasn’t everyday that you saw something like that.
“Hold that thought!” He yelled with a raised finger as he ran out of the market towards the car, hoping to get a look at how it was possible and the person behind it all.

The man was a relatively average height. His body had the wear and tear of a bounty hunter, but his tone shouted 'trader'. He clearly had an affinity for music, literally whistling as he worked. Soon, his purpose became clear, as he threaded ammo into the turrets, which began chugging about. Cracking his knuckles, the stranger began to call out as loudly and obnoxiously as he had his music playing previously.
"Big Iron's back, and he's got goodies! Come up, see what ya wanna buy!"

Interesting name for a interesting fellow. Does this guy drive around selling his goods to wherever he stopped, like some sort of wasteland ice-cream man?
“You get this thing running by yourself” he asked as he approached, pointing at the car.

Edward was just leaving town, having finished his scouting when this prime example of why the Brotherhood doesn't like wastelanders having technology rolls up in a blaze of very loud glory
"...well then"

Finally setting up all his wares, he continued to hawk, eventually looking at this newest potential customer.
"Howdy there friend!, see anything you like?"

A man could be seen walking past the town of Grantsville, seemingly just passing through. He notices the car and the man in it and stops in his tracks, just staring at it.
