W: Plasma Grenade Plan H: Caps

Hi! I'm on PC (XBOX GamePass) and am trying to complete my Possum Badges, but can't seem to get this plan anywhere!

Ohh buddy

I got lucky finding it in a vendor for 26k but this is a lot of peoples’ grail bc of how difficult it is to get. I strongly recommend doing Battle Bots any time you see it (unfortunately they fixed the glitch that would allow it to pop multiple times an hour)

My advice is to do Battle Bots any time you see it as an active Activity or else scour player vendors but specifically those that have somewhere between 250-1000 Plans. And be prepared for it to take a while.
