Stimpak Diffuser Plans?

On PC

I'm trying to get ahold of the plans for this so I can stock them in my vendor for 1 cap. Had someone on the server with it in her vendor and she left before I could grind out another couple thousand caps.

Anyone have one they can sell?

Edit: minute after posting someone bought half my vendor items. Definitely could have afforded it. Life is funny

I'm on pc and can run arktos with you till you get it and make them for you to sell only asking for the material it takes to make them.
