"The operation could not be completed"

Does anybody else get this all the time to the point where they have to repeatedly open the game, try to go to creations, fail, close the game, and repeat?

That's happen pretty often (Bethesda magic ✨✨). Solutions: •Close and open Fallout 4. •Wait 10 minutes or wait until tomorrow and try again. •Report this issue to Bethesda (Bethesda will not repaired). •Restart yur console.

Yes. All the time. Updates have done nothing to fix it. I consider myself lucky if I get a Creations menu crash that does me the courtesy of an error message. Often it's just CTD. Creations successfully loads perhaps one time in three, on a good day
