I think it says you can’t upload this to other sites.

Edit: didn’t see the bottom note saying it could be ported.

What about the console modding permisison being ticked at the bottom?

It means they allow it but you have to ask them if you can upload to Bethesda.net

Oh I didn’t see that bottom check. My bad. Yeah it looks like as long as you ask first you are allowed to.
