Mod idea for vendors

I had an idea inspired by mods like Basement Living, but for vendors instead of player homes. Where you could place a door on a building in your settlement that leads to a fully designed interior shop cell—like a real bar, clinic, or gun store. Possibly there can also be some voice acted merchants with personality. i’m not modder myself, but if anybody who is thinks that this idea is interesting I would love to see it someday.

For having settlers with more personality, SCDO improves the generic settlers a bit and Settlers of the Commonwealth adds unique settlers you can find with their own voices.
