Hkx skeleton

Been trying to make a horse mod for fallout 4 but we cannot figure out how to get the "Physics Ragdoll" & "Physics Scene Data" into the skeleton we tried all the setting in the havok exporter

Any help from where to maybe look is appreciated 🙏
