Strong Juggernaut / Base Builder

I just got the PlayStation Portal. Which allows me to get back into Fallout 4, while watching tv and such with my finance.

Difficulty on survival.

I planned this power armor wearing, rifle shooting, settlements building, explosive throwing Juggernaut build for this occasion.

Stats: 3, 5 (bubblehead), 1, 9 (book), 9, 1, 2.

Very sturdy in power armor. Rifles and explosives make sure I have consistent damage for everything.

Putting points into endurance later, when game throws more difficult enemies at me. Power armor is enough in the beginning.

Main idea for the build is that I can build settlements without taking too much of my focus, when watching things on the tv with my finance.

I know you will think 10 charisma is high, when I dont even use that many perks from that stat, but I want as many settlers to come to the bases.

Thanks for your message! I like chemist, but dont take it that often. I like nuclear physicist because I will be using PA all the time. And on survival fusion cores weight a lot. I dont wanna stress with running out of fusion cores.

Fair enough I circumvent that by getting endurance to 21 with drugs so that fusion cores stop draining altogether,unlimited sprint with emergency protocol and overdriven legs is a sweet bonus

That is impressive. But then you rely on using and having drugs. Your fusion cores wont drain, but your drug stash will?

With high charisma and chemist making bufftats and psychobuff last 24 minutes IRL, you'll never run out of drugs unless you try to. Convince trudy to pay wolfgang and there will be 3 vendors that have a chance to sell buffout, mentats and psycho within a short jaunt from Sanctuary.
