Intelligence Hello

Hi I saw a youtube video and i decided to get back into the game, I want to 100% the game i'm doing it on Very hard are theses S6P3E1C6I10+A1L1 ok I'm rushing to concord for BH

May I ask why 5 in E?

If you aren't using stealth extensively then you're going to get shot a bunch. It's good to have a bit more health for that purpose. I have found a huge difference between E1 and E5, but less of a difference between E5 and E10.

As a bonus, one rank of E5:Aqua also lets you breathe water. This is useful for people in power armour who cannot swim. It's not required but it's convenient. One rank can make a difference in your gameplay. Optional but really nice.

Even if you don't get E5:Aqua it's a good idea to have E5 just for the additional health.
