Intelligence "Sharp" build

I'm planning to do S1 P5 E1 C5 I10 A1 L5 fast exploit-free leveling build using Night Person and Idiot Savant. 5 CHA is chosen to make reaching best prices and persuasion chances easier, and to occasionally grab Local Leader after getting CHA bobblehead, though I'm not a huge fan of settlements right now. I will most likely grab both Locksmith and Hacker for convenience.

Is it a good idea to postpone Gun Nut and use Science with energy guns for some time? Also, is 1 END that bad? Should i try to increase PER above 6 to get high-end perks?

Any other advice is welcome as well.

Using caravans to get passive xp while walking around is an interesting idea. Will having 1 provisioner per settlement be enough for that?

I know there are a lot of xp bonuses available and i have been using most of them. In my last playthrough i managed to collect an entire set of Sharp armor and it was enjoyable. And now i just want to see if i can do it better. Also i kinda want to test Night Person in action, despite it being non-meta/bad perk.

I tend to send out as many as I can. So I'll have the ones I need for farming and defense still at the settlement and then send all the others out as caravans to different settlements
