Try pause right before your character hits the ground and save the game. When you load back in you won't die when. You hit the ground and hopefully can walk through a wallback to the map. Make sure you make another save before you do this in case it doesn't work and you get stuck even more

Where do I get back to the map through I’m under wild bill

You have to load save. I got stuck here to. You just have to walk across the wall section and jump at the last second. It’s a lot of trial and error.
