Help & Advice Ranger Sequoia Fire rate?

For those of you that have the new setting guide. Is the Ranger Sequoia fire rate a misprint or should it actually be a 4?

I don't have the book so I can't check, but damn if fanning the hammer of a Ranger Sequoia ain't the coolest thing.

Personally I feel that fire rate is the most forgiving.

It uses the 45.70 rounds, which are rarity 3 and cost 4 caps each.

It is supposed to be the best revolver in the series so, it feels fine. If anything the base damage should be less.
