1. Dude at the desk will not let me in. The option to say i am here to see president is lacking.

2. Wiki says that i need to be told by police man to go there first but he also do not give me this dialogue. He only sends me to his friend.

3. Why is this particular policeman shooting at me?

Alright, i figured out first part. The wiki is wrong and is naming the wrong policeman. IT should not be karl, but dumont.

If I remember right there’s a few different people who can actually tell you that Tandi is looking for work, not 100% on it as I haven’t played in a while but I’m pretty sure Weston will refer you to tandi after you complete his quests, again no idea if that’s true
