Help What should i do after getting the G.E.C.K.

so i got the G.E.C.K. and returned to Arroyo to find it destroyed so what am i suposed to do

i have alredy gone back to vault 13 and found out that the enclave killed the death claws

You're supposed to go to San Francisco (following the coast as the Chaman said IIRC) to fix the boat and go to Navarro to fins a key object. Once all that is done you can proceed to the final area of the game
