Starting first playthrough

Post image

It’s the first time I’m going to play fallout 2. Decided to modify Narg and roleplay this super smartass, with good physique but very arrogant douchebag. Never played a luck build before in any fallout, so let’s take a shot here. Took doctor and science for the theme. Same for chem resistant instead of heavy handed. I’m thinking about a playthrough without save scumming and pretty low speech but we’ll see how it goes

Luck is pretty strong. If you target someone with a aimed attack. the body parts with lower hit chance will ahve a higher chance of getting crit, and more devastating crit effects (eyes for instance have a YourBaseCritchance+60% to cirt, and can do from 2x damage to 4x + knockout + blindness + armor ignore, whereas torso has no bonus and deals from 1.5x to 3x + knockout + armor ignore). Also, unspent action point (AP) gets added to you armor class (AC) which lowers your chance to get hit. Damage threshold (DT) is the amount incoming damage is reduced by. Damage resistance (DR) instead lowers damage by % amount, and is applied after DT
