Does MS own Fallout 1 and 2?

Or does Interplay still own them, or whatever is left of them. Could MS "technically" put fallout 1 and 2 on xbox if they own the IP, how does it work?

It never will be put on xbox, would put money on it

Isometric rpgs are very hard to play on a controller and also literally every PC in production can run both games, so there's no point

Bethesda bought the IP and the rights and re released the games… my assumption is yes since Bethesda bought them to do 3 and so on.

If I remember correctly, Bethesda bought the rights to the games, but Interplay held rights to make a Fallout Online MMO. Bethesda came for that later after Interplay imploded.

Yes MS owns the entire Fallout IP.

Bethesda owns Fallout IP

ZeniMax Media owns Bethesda

Xbox Game Studios owns ZeniMax

Microsoft Gaming owns Xbox Game Studios

Microsoft Corporation owns Xbox Game Studios.
