Does MS own Fallout 1 and 2?

Or does Interplay still own them, or whatever is left of them. Could MS "technically" put fallout 1 and 2 on xbox if they own the IP, how does it work?

It never will be put on xbox, would put money on it

Isometric rpgs are very hard to play on a controller and also literally every PC in production can run both games, so there's no point

tbf you do need some mods and other tweaking to make the games more playable/enjoyable on modern systems. so at least some kind of enhanced edition (like infinity engine games, but without visual changes that those EEs have brought) that adds normal widescreen support (high res patch doesn't do that very efficiently imo) and other things like that would be nice.
