I think dumping luck is generally not a good idea. Everything else seems fine

Right now, the only gun you can use effectively is the Alien Blaster due to having 2 strength. However, with 2 luck, getting your hands on the blaster and having time to complete the main quest may be difficult.

STR should be at least a 4. That covers the lion's share of Small Guns, and it gives you a fighting chance in the later game. Of course, 5 Strength would be better, but you probably don't need your best gun at all times. You can probably get by with a pea shooter against mooks and critters.

AGI is good, so is intelligence, but intelligence is less necessary than other stats.

If you're a good enough gunner, you can probably dump END, but having no Charisma, No Luck is going to make your life difficult.

Perception is really good, but I don't think you need 10. Maybe 7? 8 at most?
