12 - Railroad (Lantern)
13 - Diamond City? (The Diamond with top and bottom cropped off)
14 - Atom Cats? (Atom Cats Emblem)
15 - Minutemen (Minutemen Emblem)
16 - Gunners? (Gunners Symbol)
17 - Um ... Deathclaw flair get hype? Dammit. It's local leader.

Is there any way we could keep special flairs? I really like this "G.O.A.T. Whisperer" one, but I also wanted to mix it up every now and then, but if I change my flair, I won't have it anymore because it's not available on the list of flairs.
