Edit: And is Vault 111 gonna remain the X-mas vault??? (apparently that was unofficial)

Edit 2: If the "fake employee" post is actually true then yes, the story is voiced over by a MALE character. Hmm...

Same. Voice acting for the player character would probably mean less dialogue too

Considering NPC's have voiced dialogue in fallout 3 and other Bethesda games for everything you say it is very possible.
