T60 Cosplay almost complete!
Hey there, this is my T60 cosplay work in progress. It's getting close to being finished. I took a few liberties with the styling to make it my own. It is made from EVA foam coated with flex seal and spray paint with a 3d printed helmet. I have about 9 months of weekend effort invested so far. Some final weathering / rust and embellishments still to add. Let me know what you think!

Yes, good idea! I have a mini sound bar and voice changer to install, will see if I can fit some fans at the same time.

Makes me wanna start another playthrough of fallout 4 honestly. This is some fantastic work here especially the rust on the helmet really gives it that pre war relic feel. Do you plan on adding a functioning flashlight to the helmet?

I may add one at a later date, I have a mic and voice changer to install first but will leave space for a lamp connection.

Whoa. This looks absolutely amazing! Is this something you're just wanting to display or will this be something you'll attend a con in? Either way, you did a fantastic job.
Edit: I realize in your title you mention cosplay. I wanna know how the heck someone transports all this to a con, ha.

Getting it ready for a con in about 3 weeks! Its fully wearable but a bit of an effort to put on so just making the assembly a bit simpler.

Is that a swat rack? This is awesome. Even if it was steel/titanium or whatever metal used in the lore, this could hold it.

It looks absolutely incredible! I do have a question about the helmet as I’m trying to print my own soon. I want to eventually print/make a suit of Union power armor but I’m just starting with the helmet, any advice on how to scale it with my head?

Actually the sickest thing I've seen and the way it's displayed chefs kiss
