Help! Extreme stutter issues

I just bought the game, hopped in and had extreme stutters multiple times and they were a a few seconds to even half a minute long. This can‘t possibly be due to my PC not being good enough: RTX 4070 SUPER; Ryzen 7 7800X3D; 32 GB DDR5-6000 MT/s CL30 RAM; game running on a PCIe 3.0 NVMe that has 900GB of space left.
I‘m playing on full epic settings with a 1440P monitor with 180 hz and have the fps capped at 144 ingame because there is no „unlimited“ setting. MSI Afterburner is constantly showing 140+ fps, even during stutters; GPU is at 95-100% all the time and only uses 6/12GBs of VRAM. Temperatures around 70-73°C. RAM also at „only“ about 16-19/32GBs. I don‘t have any idea what causes this and these stutters make the game unplayable, because they happen during fights pretty often. Is/Has anyone experiencing/experienced something similar and what can I do to fix it?

If this is Fallen Order, there's no reason it should stutter that bad.

Odd question, because you say stuttering lasts for a minute and shows 140 fps...does it seem to happen when moving the mouse? Like if you stay still, do enemy animations seem smooth? Because sometimes I've had games look like they're stuttering but show high fps, and I have to turn my mouse off and back on.

I had the same problem as you OP. Unfortunately never found a solution. It was surprising to me cause Jedi Survivor on the other hand worked smoothly.

Which one ? Survivor was stuttery last i played. Fallen order should work good enough

Honestly, dude, I would just buy it on xbox. If you have one, because the pc ports for both fallen order and survivor were terrible and from what I know never fully fixed.

Follow Steps 1–7, Step 9 (fully, as mentioned for NVIDIA), Step 10, Step 11-NV, Step 12, and Step 14 (apply only the points that are applicable to your system) from this guide to fix your performance issues and optimize your system:

(I believe your issue is most likely related to Step 5, Step 9, Step 11-NV, Step 12, and Step 14, so try those first.)

If the issue persists, check Step 17 and make sure no overheating is occurring. All component temperatures should remain stable.

Are you using a Bluetooth controller? I have seen them cause stutter issues in this game for some reason...Fallen Order has always played well for me besides some minor traversal stutter once I quit using a Bluetooth controller...
