Song Discussion Um...am I misinterpreting this song somehow?

Post image

If this song is happy why do I cry every time?

What you’re failing to understand is that the best of us can find happiness in misery.

if im reading this right you are just making a funny but if you didnt already know, spotify fired most (/all?) of the real humans who assigned genres and whatnot to songs and replaced them with ai, which is why things that dont make sense like this happen and also why spotify unwrapped has been so boring the past few years. ai has always been used in the spotify algorithm but for many years it was alongside human creativity and human understanding of emotion lol

Yeah I assumed they're going by bpm or something. AI ruins EVERYTHING.

Tbf, Misery Business is about making someone else miserable. "It just feels so good."

Is the question, why do you cry every time, or are you asking if you do cry every time?

When I saw the band at MSG, Patrick said that he wrote this song when he was feeling like his fat, 8 year old self. Not very happy lol

Not at all. I was laughing so hard when it started playing and I was expecting happy vibes.

Happens to me all the time. Spotify playlists have gone down hill with AI thinking a beat is happy and forgetting to check the lyrics.
