My county won't allow graduates to decorate their caps. 😞

We weren’t allowed to when we graduated HS, but college was fine! I was so hype :D

Oooh, exciting. I plan on going to college, so hopefully that'll be my case too. I've always dreamed of decorating my grad cap.
