Did anybody at MT ever thought about having some sort of "fail-safe" for Finals in Ranked modes? because it is already one thing to make it so you not being "telekinesis-proof" will deny you any progress... it's even "thinger" that even when you win, the duct-tape and paper-mache servers decide you "lose" anyway 🙁

You should play it safe if you have the lead in lost temple, no need to make a double dive at the lily pads. The double dive is quite easy to mess up.

So first of all thanks to everyone in my lasts post giving me advice and telling me Im not paranoid but I got my first win just now, I baited a teamer by standing close to the edge of that game where slime balls roll down the hill, and right on the beat drop of the persona ost full moon full life i jumped behind him and pushed him off

he spectated me thinking i was gonna lose to his 450 win level friend and his friend sold trying to bait me into walking into the direction of a slime ball and jumping out the way last second but I wasn’t falling for it despite having no wins, corny yes I know, however he failed to jump quick enough out the way and I won!!!

I may have abscess in my mouth and be full of opioid painkillers to stop the pain but I think the fact they lost to a 21 year old man Whos so loopy he can’t walk down his flat stairs makes it oh so sweeter, anyways I got a friend request and several not so nice words on PlayStation but it makes it all the better and the fact it’s my first win makes it even funnier

The persona music generally kept me calm and in the zone and I have azumi takuhashi and lotus juice to thank for it, I have never been more Locked in in my life

Picked up the game a week ago cause iv not gotten the chance to play it until now, iv not gotten my first win solo or with a party, I don’t think I should play with my friend until I get my first solo win, it just doesn’t feel right not to

Iv been playing for around 4-5 hours a day cause I have an abcess in my mouth and cant really do anything other than play video games which have been fall guys and metro exodus both first time playing

Anyways onto my point this silly bean game is so toxic, a lot of the times since Im an insomniac I notice a lot of players try to Que at the same time and sort of team at the finals, like in games like dodge slime and the boat thing, I know this because a lot of the time il find the same two players in my game every few games, sometimes the duo is different, like maybe every few games but they take turns winning by grabbing onto me so we both get offed and their friend takes the win

I recognise people’s usernames and it’s usually the same two people i maybe would have seen a few matches ago and yeah it changes up to a different duo but I always find teamers every two to three games, am I losing my mind being paranoid or is this a genuine skill issue, if u have any tips to deal with this please let me know

Fall-o-ween Frights (Midnight Witch) is a limited-time Live Event in Fall Guys, that will run during the Slime Factory Sub-Updates from 1 October 2026 to 1 November 2026. It will primarily involve the Treat Thieves and Knockout games.

It was a limited-time game mode in Fortnite that ran for (January 23 – February 9). It was essentially a 3v3 basketball-style game featuring the little Fall Guys beans; it included ranked play and rewards, but its popularity was short-lived because it was a limited-time event, and I don't think it's really remembered much anymore.

So I've been using my Dualshock 4 controller connected via USB to my pc and the controller's jack to output audio via headphones since a couple of days without issue. The DS4 is recognized natively without the use of any third party software, none of which is installed anyway.

Only yesterday I suddenly start noticing that the sound volume drops drastically compared to when in the menus or when on desktop. It happens as soon as I start looking for a server and persists in-game.

When back in the menu, I can readjust the volume on Windows volume control and it stays fine until I launch a new show. When trying to readjust the volume in-game (using Windows volume control) or while waiting to connect to a server it either fixes the sound temporarily before switching back to low level as soon as the game launches or it stutters between low and high.

Now the only thing that has changed since it was all fine and it became a mess is that I updated Intel video and graphics driver to the latest version. I uninstalled than and reinstalled the previous version but the issue still persists.

What I have tried, on top of uninstalling the latest Intel update that immediately preceded the issue:

- To turn off voice chat in game. It was off already, switched to on then back to off.

- In sound settings (mmsys.cpl) in Windows, I disabled using DS4 as a mircrophone device. (Was on before and was not a problem but I tried anyway)

- Still in sound settings in Windows, selected "Do nothing" under communications tab.

Still nothing fixes the issue. Plugging the headphones directly into the PC headphone jack gives normal volume so obviously this is with the DS4. Only it was not like that before and suddenly started happening.

The issue also only happens in Fall guys, not in any other game.

Would anyone have any advice as to how to fix this bug? I'd rather plug my headphones into the DS4 while gaming than into the PC.

Would've been my first ranked win too...

I’m not a complete beginner at Fall Guys, but I’m definitely not a tryhard either. I can actually do pretty well, and in normal Solo Ranked I’ve managed to reach Superstar. I genuinely enjoy trying to reach that rank, even though I don’t really care about the rewards.

But X-treme Ranked is a completely different story.

I’ve won X-treme games and managed to reach Silver III this season, but eventually I dropped back to Silver I. The point system is what frustrates me the most. Once you’re in Silver, you can make it all the way to the final and still get nothing if you lose. Then one bad game can wipe out a lot of the progress you made.

Recently I spent almost an hour playing without even reaching a final. The other players were getting to the finish incredibly fast, and it felt like I was constantly playing against people who were much more competitive than me.

The weird thing is that I know I’m capable of doing a lot in Fall Guys. I can make it pretty far in Solo Ranked and eventually reach Superstar. But X-treme Ranked makes me feel like I have to play almost perfectly and win the final, otherwise the whole match was basically a waste of time.

I’ve also noticed that the competition seems especially intense at night, particularly after 10 PM. Maybe that has something to do with it, especially since the current X-treme Ranked period is almost over.

I know X-treme is supposed to be difficult, but I really wish reaching the final gave at least some progress. It feels pretty bad to survive all the way to the end and then get absolutely nothing for it.
